Reservations and deposits
A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Reservations are
to be paid in full 30 days in advance.
If there is less than 30 days when making the reservation, payment in
full must be made within 10 days of the reservation.
Rentals for the Sturgis Rally require a 25% non-refundable deposit and
the remainder of the amount is due on May 1st. If no payment is made
by May 1st, you forfeit your reservation and payment. If you reserve
after May 1st, the total payment is due within 10 days of the reservation.
All fees are non-refundable for the Rally..
Damage Deposits
They are due with the full payment .
A separate personal check, money order, or certified check is suggested.
The monies will be held until the cabin is cleaned and inspected.
This should take no more than two weeks.
If there is damage, the check will be cashed and an explanation of the
fees will be sent with any remaining monies.
If there is no damage, the check will be left un-cashed and sent back
to you.
Cancellation Policies
If you cancel 30 days or more before your reservation date, you will
receive 50% of your deposit returned.
Once you have paid in full or it is less than 30 days from your reservation
date. There is no refund. But, you have up to one year to reschedule.
Some cabin/home owners will refund a portion of the rental fees in lieu
of rescheduling, but it is up to each individual, not Black Hills Cabins
for rent. If you cancel on a Holiday date, you can not reschedule on a
Holiday/
Sturgis Rally: The fees are non-refundable and there is no re-scheduling. If you have not paid the full rental fees by May 1st, you forfeit your registration fees and loose the cabin.
Cleaning Charges: There is a cleaning charge on each cabin. It is listed with the cabin information.
Rental Fees: The rental fees are subject to change at the owner's descretion. The price quoted at the time of your reservation will remain the same.
We do not take credit cards. Personal checks, money orders and certified checks are welcome. Taxes: All rental properties are subject to a 5-8% sales tax, depending on location.
