Reservation Policies and other charges

You can check in after 3:00 PM, You must check out by 11:00 AM. When ever possible, arrangements can be made for earlier check in and later check out times

You will be given directions to the cabin and a combination for the lock box will be given to you when you are paid in full and we have a damage deposit.

Some cabins have a two-night minimum stay, three-night minimum over certain Holidays or Special Events. Sturgis Rally minimums vary with each cabin. You can ask for the requirements of each cabin.

The days listed are sometimes a higher rate. Each cabin is different and you should confirm the rate at the time of reservation. Easter week, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas thru New Years.

Sturgis Rally Week: Each cabin has different requirements. Please check with us.

There are discount rates on some cabins if you stay for 5 or more nights. There are “short notice discounts.” If there is a cabin available that allows discounts when empty for the upcoming weekend you may get a discount. Each cabin is different.

If you need a crib or other special needs, ask us and we will try and locate them.

THERE IS NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE CABINS. You may smoke outside. If you leave any remnants of your smoking outside, or smoke in the cabin, it will reflect in your damage deposit.

THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE CABINS.

Policies / 2 Basic supplies

There will be bedding for each bed. There will be enough towels for the maximum amount of people listed. There are adequate kitchen utensils for cooking. If you want special cooking tools, or more towels than the usual, you are welcome to bring your own. If there is a hot tub, we recommend more towels.

When a hot tub is available - Black Hills Cabins for Rent does not have control over the mechanical performance of private hot tubs. If a hot tub becomes inoperable during your stay, and maintenance cannot be performed, you may contact this office for further instruction. There will be no refunds for inoperable hot tubs.

Black Hills Cabins for Rent is not responsible for any act of negligence in the use of a hot tub. The renter assumes all responsibility for themselves and their guests in the care and use of any hot tub. Adults must be with children in all hot tubs, extreme care and caution must be followed

An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no additional charge. Rates are subject to change without notice, and are subject to availability.
